I'm back - that was a busy couple of years...

What can I say - time flies, money flies, blowfly's (Dad, many times 1 Dec 1931 - 24 Nov 2010).

Hard to know where the years go - "busy-ness" of life certainly kicked in with a vengeance but I have to say that the overall outcomes have been great. Just a few bumps on the way.

It was mind numbing to have my father pass away late last year; five years and one day since my mother. How do parents coordinate these things! But I know both are in a better place - racing along the next journey somewhere taking with them the love and lessons of this life!

One the way through the last few years there has been one common theme - be it business or home - that is relationship; the thing you can't buy but can lose easily. It makes the world tick at every level - whether for good or for evil.

Making it work for good - that's the challenge; how to get past all the self interest we all have and build some lasting value.
